    Dimethindene maleate (1-1000 μM) suppresses the cromakalim-induced/glibenclamide-sensitive K+ currents in a concentration-dependent and reversible manner with an IC50 value of 29.5 μM.Dimethindene maleate (1-1000 μM) inhibits Y-26763-induced glibenclamide-sensitive K+ currents with an IC50 value of 49 μM.
