Brief DescriptionSteviol, a natural sweetener, it inhibits proliferation of the gastrointestinal cancer cells intensively.
-
DescriptionSteviol is the aglycon derivative of steviol glycosides, which are natural sweeteners isolated from S. rebaudiana. Steviol inhibits human organic anion transporters (hOATs) in uptake assays using murine cells from the S2 segment of proximal tubules. Steviol glycosides enhance pancreatic beta-cell function and taste sensation by potentiation of TRPM5 channel activity.

Difopein TFA
Difopein (TFA), a specific and competitive inhibitor of 14-3-3 protein (a highly conserved eukaryotic regulatory molecule), blocking the ability of 14-3-3 to bind to target proteins and inhibits 14-3-3/Ligand interactions. Difopein (TFA) leads to induction of apoptosis and enhances the ability of cisplatin to kill cells.
