DescriptionT-00127-HEV1 is a broad-spectrum antienterovirus compound that selectively inhibits PI4KB activity with IC50 of 60 nM, inhibits poliovirus pseudovirus and EV71 in RD cells with IC50 of 0.77 and 0.73 uM; shows a moderate inhibitory effect on PIK3CD activity, and high selectivity over other PI kinases; demonstrates antipoliovirus activity ,does not inhibit hepatitis C virus (HCV) replication.
