DescriptionNJK14047 is a novel potent, selective p38 MAPK inhibitor with IC50 of 27 nM against p38α, suppresses RSV and influenza A virus replication by inhibiting virus-induced p38 MAPK activation; inhibits RSV- and influenza A-mediated p38 MAPK activation in epithelial cells, decreases viral replication and viral mRNA synthesis; also displays significant anti-HBV activity, efficiently suppresses the secretion of HBV antigens and HBV particles from HBV genome-transfected cells.
