Brief DescriptionNecroX-7 is a small molecule necrosis modulator and potent antioxidant molecule.
-
DescriptionNecroX-7 is a small molecule necrosis modulator and potent antioxidant molecule, which can be bound to some types of radicals and especially NAPQI; inhibits osteoclast differentiation by suppressing NF-κB activity and c-Fos expression, reduces hepatic necrosis secondary to IR injury in vivo; decreases t-BHP- and APAP-induced cell death and ROS/RNS formation in HepG2 human hepatocarcinoma and primary mouse hepatocytes, also protects mice from APAP-induced liver injury and lethality by binding directly to NAPQI.

Clovamide
Trans-Clovamide is a naturally occurring caffeoyl conjugate identified in the antioxidant polyphenolic fraction of cocoa (T. cacao L.) Trans-Clovamide is a potent antioxidantand that has shown neuroprotective effects (EC50s = 0.9-3.7 μM) in several in vitro models of neuronal death.
-
LCH-7749944
LCH-7749944 effectively suppresses the proliferation of human gastric cancer cells through downregulation of PAK4/c-Src/EGFR/cyclin D1 pathway and induces apoptosis.?
-
Clitocine
Clitocine, an adenosine analogue derived from mushrooms, is a potent transcriptional readout agent, an inhibitor of nonsense mutations, and has anticancer activity, inducing the production of p53 protein in cells carrying the p53 nonsense mutation allele.
