-
Brief DescriptionSKF96067 is a reversible gastric H+/K+-ATPase inhibitor that can induce relaxation of human airway smooth muscle in vitro.
-
DescriptionSKF96067 is a reversible inhibitor of the gastric H+/K+-ATPase.
-
In VitroSKF96067 inhibits K+-stimulated ATPase activity competitively with respect to the activating action K+, with a Ki value of 0.39 ± 0.05 μM. SKF96067 also inhibits hydrogen ion transport. SKF96067 inhibits ATPase activity with an IC50 value of 60 ± 10 μM at pH 7.0, in the presence of 100 mM NaCl and 1 mM KCl.

Oligomycin A
Oligomycin A, created by Streptomyces, acts as a mitochondrial F0F1-ATPase inhibitor, with a Ki of 1 μM.
-
(-)-Hydroxycitric ac...
(-)-Hydroxycitric acid (Garcinia acid) is the principal acid of fruit rinds of Garcinia cambogia. It is a potent and competitive inhibitor of ATP citrate lyase. (-)-Hydroxycitric acid suppresses fatty acid synthesis, food intake, lipogenesis, and induced weight loss.
-
Mtb ATP synthase-IN-...
Mtb ATP synthase-IN-1 (compound 6ab) is a potent inhibitor of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) ATP synthase (MIC = 0.452-0.499 μg/mL) that can be used in anti-mycobacterium research, showing low cytotoxicity (Vero IC 50 > 64 μg/mL) and acceptable oral bioavailability with good metabolic stability.
