-
DescriptionYunaconitine has anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions. Yunaconitine was shown to have anti-thermic effect in pyrexial rats when administered orally at a dose of 5 μg/kg. Yunaconitine shows positive effect in the granuloma inhibition test when it was subcutaneously injected, 1 μg/kg for 6 d, or added directly to the cotton-pellet. REDV is the minimal active sequence within the CS5 site of the alternatively spliced type III connecting segment (IIICS) region of fibronectin. REDV can mediate adhesion to the IIICS region of plasma fibronectin by binding the integrin alpha 4 beta 1(α4β1). REDV can be used for the research of cell adhesion.
