Brief DescriptionHS-72 is an allosteric, selective, cell-permeable inhibitor of inducible Hsp70 (Hsp70i or Hsp72).
-
DescriptionHS-72 is an allosteric, selective, cell-permeable inhibitor of inducible Hsp70 (Hsp70i or Hsp72), shows selectivity for Hsp70i over the closely related Hsc70 as well as the broader purinome; inhibits Hsp70i activity in a Huntington’s cell model and across multiple tumorigenic cell lines; causes degradation of HER2 and Akt; is bioavailable in vivo and reduces tumor growth in a spontaneous mouse mammary tumor model; also demonstrates anti-dengue virus activity.
