  • Brief Description
Cetrorelix Acetate is gonadotropin-releasing hormone?(GnRH)?receptor antagonist with an?IC50?of 1.21 nM.
  • Description
Cetrorelix Acetate is gonadotropin-releasing hormone?(GnRH)?receptor antagonist with an?IC50?of 1.21 nM.(In Vitro):Cetrorelix Acetate inhibits growth of ES-2 cell line at 1000 ng/ml. Cetrorelix Acetate has comparable antiproliferative effects as GnRH-I agonists indicating that the dichotomy of GnRH-I agonists and antagonists might not apply to the GnRH-I system in cancer cells.
