    Rezafungin is a broad-spectrum and long-lasting echinocandin with potent antifungal activity against Candida, Aspergillus and Pneumocystis.(In Vivo):Intraperitoneal injection of 1 mg/kg of Rezafungin once daily for 6 days in mice showed effective in vivo prevention of Pneumocystis spp., significantly reducing nuclear and asci burden in a C3H/HeN mouse infection model.
