DescriptionRVX2135 is a novel potent and orally bioavailable inhibitor of Brd2, Brd3, Brd4, and BrdT with IC50 of 1.31, 0.58, 0.44, and 1.58 uM, respectively; blocks proliferation of Myc-induced mouse lymphoma cells and induces Caspase-dependent apoptosis; exhibits broad transcriptional effects in Myc-transgenic lymphoma cells affecting many transcription factor networks.
