3β-Acetoxyurs-12-en-11-one is a ursane triterpenoid with antimicrobial activity, can be isolated from the stem bark of Morus mesozygia and the leaves of Ficus hirta Vahl (Moraceae).
In Vitro

3β-Acetoxyurs-12-en-11-one (78-625 μg/mL) shows a extensive antimicrobial activity against gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria, and fungi, with the minimal microbicidal concentration of 312 and 625 μg/mL.
