Brief DescriptionHOE-S 785026 trihydrochloride is a live cell labeling dye that binds to nucleic acids by targeting the minor groove in DNA double strands, with a preference for A/T-rich regions (fluorescence is significantly enhanced by A/T-rich double-stranded DNA).
-
DescriptionHOE-S 785026 trihydrochloride is a marker dye in Hoechst series. Hoechst is A live nuclear marker dye. Hoechst binds to the grooves in the DNA double strand, which tends to be A/ T-rich DNA strand. Although it binds to all nucleic acids, the A/ T-rich double strand DNA significantly enhances fluorescence intensity Therefore,Hoechst dye can be used for living cell labeling. The fluorescence intensity of Hoechst dye increases with the increase of pH of solution.

X-press Tag Peptide
X-press Tag is an N-terminal leader peptide; this N-terminal peptide contains a polyhistidine sequence, the Xpress epitope (part of bacteriophage T7 gene 10 protein) and an enterokinase cleavage site. Anti-Xpress antibodies recognize the Xpress epitope sequence found in this leader peptide.
-
SHMT-IN-2
SHMT-IN-2 (compound 2) is a specific human SHMT1/2 small molecule inhibitor that acts on SHMT1 (IC50: 13 nM) and SHMT2 (IC50: 66 nM). SHMT-IN-2 inhibits the growth of many human cancer cells and is sensitive to B-cell lymphoma.
