-
Brief DescriptionGestonorone Capronate is a progesterone used in benign prostatic hyperplasia and endometrial cancer studies.
-
DescriptionGestonorone Capronate is a progesterone used in benign prostatic hyperplasia and endometrial cancer studies.(In Vitro):After administration of progesterone caproate hindered testosterone reduction, the oxidative pathway remained unaffected. This inhibition of 5α reduction product formation is present at the lowest doses of progesterone caproate and increases progressively with increasing concentrations of progesterone caproate .
-
In VitroThe administration of gestonorone capronate impedes testosterone reduction. The oxydation pathway remains uninfluenced. This inhibition of the formation of 5α-reduction products is present at the lowest dose of gestonorone capronate and is augmented progressively with increasing gestonorone capronate concentration.

Saikogenin D
Saikogenin D is isolated from?Bupleurum chinense, has anti-inflammatory effects. Saikogenin D activates epoxygenases that converts arachidonic acid to epoxyeicosanoids and dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids, and the metabolites secondarily inhibit prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) production. Saikogenin D results in an elevation of [Ca2+]i due to Ca2+ release from intracellular stores.
-
L-798106
L-798106 (CM9) is a selective and potent prostaglandin-like EP3 receptor antagonist that inhibits EP4, EP1, and EP2 receptors, suppresses levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in atherosclerosis, and attenuates PGE2-induced cough.
-
16-dimethyl PGE2
16,16-Dimethyl prostaglandin E2 (16,16-dimethyl PGE2) is an orally active vertebrate Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) homeostasis critical regulator. 16,16-Dimethyl prostaglandin E2 can act through EP2/EP4 and has an interaction with the Wnt pathway.
