hDHODH-IN-5 is an inhibitor of human dihydroorotate dehydrogenase.
  • Description
hDHODH-IN-5 is an inhibitor of human dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (hDHODH, IC50 = 0.91 μM).(In Vitro):hDHODH-IN-5 induces differentiation in ER-HOX-GFP, THP1, and U937 human AML cell lines with EC50s of 3.6, 2.7, and 2.5 μM, respectively.
  • In Vitro
The lysozyme-GFPER-HoxA9 murine cell line (ER-HOX-GFP) and the THP1 and U937 human AML cell lines were cultured with compounds in a 4-day differentiation assay. DHODH-IN-7 shows EC50s of 3.6, 2.7, and 2.5 μM for ER-HOX-GFP, THP1 and U937 human AML cell lines, respectively.
