Brief DescriptionBT18 is a mimic with function similar to glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF).
-
DescriptionBT18 is a mimic with function similar to glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF). BT18 has an effect on RET receptor tyrosine kinase RetA and GDNF family receptor GFRα1 function.
-
In VitroBT18 (50 μM; 1-90 minutes) activates AKT and ERK1/2 in time-dependently in MG87RET cell lines.BT18 (1-50 μM; 90 minutes) activates AKT in a dose-dependent manner in MG87RET cell lines.BT18 (5-50 μM; 15 mimutes) appears to phosphorylate RET in concentration of 50 μM both in GFP-transfected and in GFRD1-transfected cells. Western Blot Analysis Cell Line:MG87RET cell lines Concentration:50 μM Incubation Time:1, 5, 15, 45, 90 minutes Result:Activated AKT and ERK1/2 in time-dependently.

Reference
-
Z-Gly-Gly-Arg-AMC ac...
Z-Gly-Gly-Arg-AMC acetate is a thrombase-specific fluorescent matrix for the detection of thrombin production in PRP and poor platelet plasma (PPP).
-
Phospho(enol)pyruvic...
Phosphoenolpyruvic acid monopotassium salt is involved in glycolysis and gluconeogeneis. In glycolysis PEP is metabolized by Pyruvate Kinase to yield pyruvate. In plants PEP is involved in the formation of aromatic amino acids as well as in the carbon fixation pathway.
-
Lithium potassium ac...
Acetyl phosphate is a compound involved in taurine and hypotaurine metabolism as well as pyruvate metabolism. It is generated from sulfoacetaldehyde converted to acetyl-CoA and acetate via phosphate acetyltransferase and acetate kinase respectively. It is also an intermediate in pyruvate metabolism.
