-
DescriptionOzenoxacin is a quinolone antibacterial. It shows potent activities against the main microorganisms isolated from soft tissue and skin infections.(In Vitro):Ozenoxacin (OZN) shows potent antibacterial activities against clinical isolates of Gram-positive microorganisms, with MICs ranging from 0.008 to 4 mg/L. Ozenoxacin shows good activities against strains of MRSA, MSSA, MSSE, and MRSE with 2, 3, or 4 mutations in the gyrA and grlA (parC) genes. Ozenoxacin inhibits MSSA strains and S. agalactiae strains, with the rates of resistance of >10 10 and 5.3 × 10 10, respectively. The maximum MIC value for mutant strains is 8 mg/L for ozenoxacin.

Ceforanide
Ceforanide is a second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with bactericidal activity. Ceforanide causes inhibition of bacterial cell wall synthesis by inactivating penicillin binding proteins (PBPs) thereby interfering with the final transpeptidation step required for cross-linking of peptidoglycan units which are a component of the cell wall.
-
Tigemonam
Tigemonam is a monobactam, a novel orally administered monobactam that protects against gram-negative aerobic bacterial pathogens and is at least as active against clinical isolates of Enterobacteriaceae as amitraz or carmonan (MIC90: 0.06-16 mg/l).

Cyclo(Tyr-Leu)
Cyclo(Tyr-Leu) is a cyclic dipeptide from Portulaca oleracea Linn with cytotoxicity, antifungal, and anticoagulant activities.
