Astragaloside(b)
CAS No. 17429-69-5
Astragaloside(b)( —— )
Catalog No. M21443 CAS No. 17429-69-5
Astragaloside may protect against brain contusion and neuronal apoptosis after TBI by attenuating microglia activation in male rats. Astragalosides-induced apoptosis in NB4 cells may be associated with down-regulation of the expression of BCL-2 and NF-κB finally the relative activity of caspase-3 activated.

DescriptionAstragaloside may protect against brain contusion and neuronal apoptosis after TBI by attenuating microglia activation in male rats. Astragalosides-induced apoptosis in NB4 cells may be associated with down-regulation of the expression of BCL-2 and NF-κB finally the relative activity of caspase-3 activated. Astragaloside has several pharmacological actions on cardiovascular system including positive inotropic anti-arrhythmia and anti-oxidant activities; it also has anti-apoptotic activity which may contribute to the improvement of clinical outcomes in treating myocarditis with pharmaceutics of Astragalus membranaceus.

Peonidin chloride
Peonidin chloride has antioxidant activity. Peonidin has show potent inhibitory and apoptotic effects on cancer cells in vitro, notably metastatic human breast cancer cells.
-
TBTA
TBTA is a tertiary amine with three 1, 2, 3-triazole groups. It complexes with, and stabilizes, copper(I) to accelerate azide-alkyne cycloadditions, as used in click chemistry.
-
Sinapaldehyde
Sinapaldehyde has effects against 65 strains of Candida,Sinapaldehyde inhibits prostaglandin synthetase in a dose-dependent way, it dose-dependently inhibits ethyl phenylpropiolate-induced edema of the rat ear, and can inhibit electrically induced contractions of the guinea pig ileum in a dose-dependent way.
