-
DescriptionDiflucortolone valerate is a corticosteroid esterified with valeric acid. It helps to reduce itching redness and swelling.(In Vitro):Diflucortolone valerate is a potent corticosteroid esterified with valeric acid. Diflucortolone valerate helps reduce swelling, itching, and redness.(In Vivo):DL50 values are virtually non-toxic after single oral administration (mouse greater than 4 g/kg, rat ca. 3.1 g/kg, dog greater than 1 g/kg). Given s.c. (LD50 mouse ca. 180 mg/kg, rat ca. 13 mg/kg) and i.p. (LD50 mouse ca. 450 mg/kg, rat ca. 98 mg/kg) it is highly active and therefore produces also toxic effects.

Cajanin
Cajanin has potential hypolipidemic effects, possibly via up-regulating the ABCA1 protein expression, subsequently resulting in increased macrophage cholesterol efflux and RCT, it can significantly improve basal glucose uptake in HepG2 cells, its improving effect is concentration dependent, it exhibits effects stronger than that of rosiglitazone, which has been used as an antidiabetic drug.

Corticotropin-releas...
Corticotropin-releasing factor human (Human CRF; Human corticotropin-releasing factor) is an immunomodulatory neuropeptide that acts to release ACTH from the anterior pituitary and stimulates the sympathetic nervous system and adrenal medulla. Functions by reducing hyperpolarizations. Acts as a functional antagonist of inflammatory mediators.
