5'-DEOXYADENOSINE
CAS No. 4754-39-6
5'-DEOXYADENOSINE( 5′-dAdo )
Catalog No. M19759 CAS No. 4754-39-6
5'-Deoxyadenosine is an oxidized nucleoside found in the urine of normal subjects. Oxidized nucleosides represent excellent biomarkers for determining the extent of damage in genetic material which has long been of interest in understanding the mechanism of aging neurodegenerative diseases and carcinogenesis.

-
Description5'-Deoxyadenosine is an oxidized nucleoside found in the urine of normal subjects. Oxidized nucleosides represent excellent biomarkers for determining the extent of damage in genetic material which has long been of interest in understanding the mechanism of aging neurodegenerative diseases and carcinogenesis. The normal form of deoxyadenosine used in DNA synthesis and repair is 2'-deoxyadenosine where the hydroxyl group (-OH) is at the 2' position of its ribose sugar moiety. 5'-deoxyadenosine has its hydroxyl group at the 5' position of the ribose sugar.

Zinc Protoporphyrin
Zinc Protoporphyrin is an orally active and competitive inhibitor of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and markedly attenuates the protective effects of Phloroglucinol (PG) against H2O2, and has anti-cancer activity.
-
Arcyriaflavin A
Arcyriaflavin A is derived from Eudistoma sp. It inhibits D1-CDK4, B-CDK1 and CaMKII with IC50 values ??of 0.14μM, 1.13μM and 0.025μM, respectively.

Glutaric acid
Glutaric acid is a simple five-carbon linear dicarboxylic acid. Glutaric acid is naturally produced in the body during the metabolism of some amino acids including lysine and tryptophan. Glutaric acid may cause irritation to the skin and eyes. When present in sufficiently high levels glutaric acid can act as an acidogen and a metabotoxin.
