-
DescriptionCurculigoside can prevent bone loss , improve osteogenesis and inhibit osteoclastogenesis of hAFSCs, suggesting its potential use to regulate hAFSC osteogenic differentiation for treating bone disorders. Curculigoside can promote calcium deposition and increase the levels of ALP and Runx2 in osteoblasts under oxidative stress via anti-oxidative character. Curculigoside possesses potent antioxidant properties against oxidative stress insults. can protect endothelial cells against oxidative injury induced by H2O2, suggesting that this compound may constitute a promising intervention against cardiovascular disorders.

Flaviviruses-IN-3
Flaviviruses-IN-3 (compound 87) is a potent inhibitor of flaviviruses, capable of reducing West Nile virus (WNV) protease activity by 54%.
-
Argipressin
Argipressin is a peptide hormone with vasoconstrictive and antidiuretic activities that binds to the vascular arginine vasopressin receptor V1 with Kd values of 1.31 and 1.44 nM in A7r5 rat aortic smooth muscle cells and neonatal rat cardiomyocytes respectively.

[Leu144,Arg147]-Myel...
[Leu144,Arg147]-PLP (139-151) is a mutant peptide fragment of myelin proteolipid protein (PLP), with the tryptophan and histidine at positions 144 and 147 respectively replaced by leucine and arginine. [Leu144,Arg147]-PLP (139-151) also serves as a T cell receptor (TCR) antagonist for encephalitogenic Th1 clones, blocking their activation in vitro. Furthermore, [Leu144,Arg147]-PLP (139-151) can inhibit the development of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE).
