Brief DescriptionPhellopterin is a partial agonist of the central benzodiazepine receptors in vitro.
-
DescriptionPhellopterin is a partial agonist of the central benzodiazepine receptors in vitro. Phellopterin shows a cytotoxic effect on RAW264.7 cell at the concentration from 40 to 400 μM. Phellopterin reduce TNF-alpha-induced VCAM-1 expression through regulation of the Akt and PKC pathway, which contributes to inhibit the adhesion of monocytes to endothelium.

Bacterial Sortase Su...
Bacterial Substrate III, Abz/DNP TFA is an internally quenched fluorescent peptide substrate. Staphylococcus aureus transpeptidase sortase A (SrtA) reacts with its native substrate Bacterial Sortase Substrate III, Abz/DNP, cleaving it and catalyzing the formation of an amide bond between the carboxyl group of threonine and the amino group of cell-wall crossbridges.
