In VivoAsenapine (0.05-0.2 mg/kg; s.c.) induces a dose-dependent suppression of conditioned avoidance response (CAR) and does not induce catalepsy. Animal Model:Adult male Wistar rats (200-250 g) Dosage:0.05 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg, 0.2 mg/kg Administration:Subcutaneous injection Result:Produced suppression of CAR in a dose-dependent manner.
