Brief DescriptionEtidronate (Didronel) is a human protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor.
-
DescriptionEtidronate (Didronel) is a human protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitor.(In Vitro):Etidronic acid (Etidronate) (10 mM, 24 h) shows cytotoxicity, causes a decrease in the S-phase population and an increase in the G2/M population, induces p53 mutation in MCF-7 cells.Etidronic acid (100 nM, 24 h) induces osteoclast apoptosis, which displays characteristics of apoptosis, including chromatin condensation and changed cellular and nuclear morphology, detected by fluorescence microscopy.

Reference
-
Metacavir
Metacavir (PNA) is a novel nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor, a deoxyguanosine analog, with anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV) activity and mitochondrial toxicity, which can be used to study HBV infection.
-
Inarigivir ammonium
Inarigivir ammonium is a dinucleotide antiviral compound that significantly reduces HBV DNA in transgenic mice expressing hepatitis B virus. Inarigivir is an agonist of retinoic acid-inducible gene-I (RIG-I) that activates intracellular innate immunity.
-
?-Thujaplicinol
?-Thujaplicinol, a hydroxylated thujaplicinone isolated from western red cedar heartwood, has antiviral activity, inhibits hepatitis B virus replication by blocking viral ribonuclease H activity, and can be used in the study of viral infections.
