-
DescriptionSulfadoxine(Sulphadoxine) is a long acting sulfonamide that is used, usually in combination with other drugs, for respiratory, urinary tract and malarial infections.(In Vitro):Sulfadoxine(Sulphadoxine) is an ultra-long-lasting sulfonamide. Sulfadoxine is often used in combination with pyrimethamine to treat or prevent malaria. Both drugs are antifolates; they inhibit the production of enzymes involved in the synthesis of folic acid within the parasites. Either drug by itself is only moderately effective in treating malaria, because the parasite Plasmodium falciparum may be able to use exogenous folic acid, i.e. folic acid which is present in the parasite's environment, while in combination, the two substances have a synergistic effect which outbalances that ability.

Ammonium Chloride
Ammonium chloride acts as a small molecule autophagy inhibitor.Ammonium chloride is a pH-regulating, heteropolar compound that can cause intracellular alkalosis and metabolic acidosis, thereby affecting enzyme activity and influencing processes in biological systems.
-
Lys05
Lys05 (Lys01 trihydrochloride, PS-1001)?is the water-soluble salt of Lys01, is a 10-fold more potent lysosomal autophagy inhibitor than hydroxychloroquine (HCQ); shows IC50 values of 3.6, 3.8, 6 and 7.9 uM for 1205Lu, c8161, LN229 and HT-29 cell line in the MTT assay.

AMG PERK 44
AMG PERK 44 is an orally active and selective PERK inhibitor (IC50: 6 nM) that induces autophagy. It also inhibits GCN2 (IC50: 7300 nM) and B-Raf (IC50 >1000 nM), making it useful for cancer research.
