DescriptionBRD9-IN-28 is a highly potent and selective BRD7/9 bromodomain inhibitor with pIC50 of 6.9, Kd of 68 nM for BRD9; slightly less potent against BRD7 (Kd=368 nM) and completely inactive against BAZ2B, little affinity across BRD proteins from sub-families 1-3 and 5-8, including BAZ2A and BAZ2B; shows weak affinity for the BRDs from CBP, p300 and FALZ.
