DescriptionIsatoribine (ANA245;7-Thia-8-oxoguanosine;Immunosine) is a nucleoside analogue, selective agonist of TLR7 with significant antiviral effect and mmunoenhancing activity; stimulates proliferation of thymocytes in vitro, stimulates IL-2 production and the expression of activation markers (CD25 and CD71); reduces plasma virus concentration in chronic HCV infection; also increase the efficacy of a weakly immunogenic murine L1210 leukemia vaccine in vivo.HCV Infection Phase 2 Discontinued.
