Pam3CSK4 (1 μg/mL) enhances the antibacterial functions of granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) induced neutrophils to Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.(In Vivo):Pam3CSK4 (5 mg/kg; i.p.; once a day for 9 days) alters brain, spleen and liver weights in neonatal mice.

Decreased volume of cerebral gray matter, white matter in the forebrain and cerebellar molecular layer that was accompanied by an increase in spleen and liver weight at PND12.
