    A potent, selective cannabinoid receptor CB2 agonist with Ki of 3.6 nM, 1200-fold selectivity over CB1; causes a concentration-dependent inhibition of forskolin-mediated cAMP accumulation in CHO-K1 cells with EC50 of 0.65 nM, elicits potent and efficacious antihyperalgesic effects in rodent models of neuropathic, incisional and chronic inflammatory pain.
