-
DescriptionRelebactam (MK-7655) is a novel β-lactamase inhibitor that inhibited both class A and C β-lactamases in vitro; effectively restored imipenem's activity against imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas and Klebsiella strains at clinically achievable concentrations; reduces imipenem MICs for Enterobacteriaceae with KPC carbapenemases from 16-64 mg/L to 0.12-1 mg/L at a concentration of 4 mg/L.Bacterial Infection Phase 3 Clinical(In Vitro):Relebactam combine with Imipenem demonstrates activity against KPC-producing Enterobacteriaceae and multidrug-resistant P. aeruginosa.Relebactam shows limited inhibition of Class D-producing bacteria and has antipseudomonal activity.

3-Hydroxy-C4-HSL
3-Hydroxy-C4-HSL (N-3-hydroxybutyryl-L-Homoserine lactone) is an N-acyl homoserine lactone obtained from pathogenic Vibrio vulnificus in fish and is a bacterial group sensing (QS) inducer that modulates bacterial signaling and can be used in the study of bacterial infections.
-
PBP 10
Selective formyl peptide receptor 2 (FPR2) antagonist; cell permeable. Selectively inhibits FPR2-mediated NADPH oxidase activity but has no effect on FPR1 signaling in neutrophils. Displays PIP2 binding activity in vitro and blocks cell motility. Also exhibits antiviral activity against influenza viruses via inhibition of viral-induced ERK activation.
