In VivoGuanadrel (oral gavage, 15-400 mg/kg, every day, 6-52 weeks) has little toxicity to the nervous system in rats and dogs. Animal Model:Rats, dogs Dosage:15-400 mg/kg Administration:Oral gavage; every day; 6-52 weeks Result:Showed a slight increase in the weight of the prostate and adrenal glands while loss in the kidney in rats.Decreased weight gain values in a dose-dependent manner but liver function is normal in dogs.
