Brief DescriptionFlavokawain B is a natural chalcone that can induce apoptosis in androgen receptor-negative, hormone-refractory prostate cancer cell lines (IC50=3-50 uM).
-
DescriptionFlavokawain B is a natural chalcone that can induce apoptosis in androgen receptor-negative, hormone-refractory prostate cancer cell lines (IC50=3-50 uM), via up-regulation of death-receptor 5 and Bim expression; induces apoptosis in human myeloid leukemic cells by modifying NF-κB, possesses potential anti-inflammation and anti-cancer activities; also exhibits significant inhibition of the neurogenic nociceptive induced by intraplantar injections of glutamate and capsaicin in mice.

Triglycidyl isocyanu...
Triglycidyl isocyanurate is a triazene triepoxide with antineoplastic and antiangiogenic activity. It inhibits growth of human non-small cell lung cancer cells by activating p53. Triglycidyl isocyanurate alkylates and cross-links DNA, thereby inhibiting DNA replication. It induces cell apoptosis and can be used for cancer research.
-
Sodium Oxamate
Sodium Oxamate is an LDH inhibitor.?Sodium oxamate (SO) induces G2/M cell cycle arrest via downregulation of the CDK1/cyclin B1 pathway and promotes apoptosis through enhancement of mitochondrial ROS generation.
-
Silvestrol aglycone
Silvestrol is a potential anticancer rocaglate derivative from Aglaia foveolata, induces apoptosis in cancer cells through the mitochondrial/apoptosome pathway.
