DescriptionCyproconazole is a triazole fungicide. It is used agriculturally for protection of crops against a wide variety of fungal pathogens.Cyproconazole has been shown to cause a dose dependent inhibition of progesterone production in human placental cells in vitro. cyproconazole showed the lowest capacity to increase CYP1A1. However, they were not able to activate the AhR in the transactivation assay. Cyproconazole is a triazole fungicide. Which causes hepatocellular adenomas and carcinomas in CD-1 mice at dose levels of 100 and 200 ppm. In wild-type mice, 200 ppm cyproconazole caused liver hypertrophy, single-cell necrosis, increased liver weight and cell proliferation, and fat vacuolation.

-
Comanthoside B
Comanthoside B is a natural product isolated from the aerial portions of Ruellia tuberosa L with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic activities.
-
N-Acetyltyramine
N-Acetyltyramine is the active compound extracted from a fermentation broth of strain M3-10 which produces quorum-sensing inhibitor (QSI) compound. N-Acetyltyramine inhibits Chromobacterium violaceum ATCC 12472 violacein production and virulence factors, such as pyoverdine production, as well as swarming and twitching motilities, produced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1.

Chebulinic acid
Chebulinic acid is a potent inhibitor of M. tuberculosis DNA gyrase. It also can inhibit SMAD-3 phosphorylation and H+ K+-ATPase activity.Chebulinic acid obviously inhibited HQ/Cu(II)- and H(2)O(2)/Cu(II)-mediated pBR322 DNA strand breaks. When MRC-5 cells were treated with HQ/Cu(II), the presence of Chebulinic acid inhibited HQ/Cu(II)-mediated double-strand breaks of genomic DNA.
