Brief DescriptionalphaSYN-IN-NAB2, a neuron-protective agent, is a protein encoded by the NAB2 gene. NAB2 effectively and selectively protects a variety of cells from alpha-SYN toxicity.
-
DescriptionNAB2 is a neuron-protective agent. NAB2 strongly and selectively protects diverse cell types from α-syn toxicity. NAB2 promots endosomal transport events dependent on the E3 ubiquitin ligase Rsp5/Nedd4. NAB2 identifies a agentgable node in the biology of α-syn that can correct multiple aspects of its underlying pathology, including dysfunctional endosomal and endoplasmic reticulum-to-Golgi vesicle trafficking.

Reference
-
Protein Kinase C Pep...
Protein Kinase C Peptide Substrate targets specific cell spacers ina manner that is dependent on second messengers and specific adaptor proteins in response to extracellular signals that activate g protein-coupled receptors, tyrosine Kinase receptors, or tyrosine kinase-coupled receptors.
-
UDP-?glucuronic acid...
UDP-?glucuronic acid trisodium is a critical precursor for essential glycoconjugates across biological kingdoms, ranging from mammalian glycosaminoglycans and plant cell wall polysaccharides to bacterial capsule glycoglycerolipids.
-
AMDE-1
AMDE-1 is a modulator of autophagy activity that acts by triggering autophagy in an Atg5-dependent manner, recruiting Atg16 to the pre-autophagosomal site and causing LC3 lipidation.
