  • Brief Description
Vinorelbine (KW-2307) is a vinca alkaloid chemotherapy agent that inhibits cancer cell mitosis through interaction with tubulin.
  • Description
Vinorelbine (KW-2307) is a vinca alkaloid chemotherapy agent that inhibits cancer cell mitosis through interaction with tubulin, inhibits HeLa cell proliferation with IC50 of 1.25 nM; induces Hela mitotic block at the metaphase/anaphase transition with IC50 of 3.8 nM, blocks cells exhibited aberrant spindles, consistent with induction of block by suppression of microtubule dynamics.Chemotherapeutic Agents Approved.
