DescriptionSCH-546738 (SCH546738) is a potent, selective and non-competitive CXCR3 antagonist with binding Ki of 0.4 nM for human CXCR3; displaces radiolabeled CXCL10 and CXCL11 from human CXCR3 with IC50 of 0.8-2 nM, potently and specifically inhibits CXCR3-mediated chemotaxis in human activated T cells with IC90 of 10 nM; attenuates the disease development in mouse collagen-induced arthritis model.
