-
DescriptionPropargyl-PEG13-bromide is a PEG derivative containing a propargyl group. The propargyl group can be reacted with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The bromide (Br) can be used in nucleophilic substitution reactions.(In Vitro):PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins.
