    Perlapine (AW-14233;HF-2333;Hypnodine) is a potent antihistamine that has high affinity for dopamine D1, α1, α2 and 5-HT2A receptors with IC50 of 198, 19, 4945 and 70 nM, respectively; also has anticholinergic, antiserotonergic, antiadrenergic and antidopaminergic activity; also is a highly potent hM3Dq agonist (EC50=2.8 nM) but do not activate the native human M3 receptor (hM3, EC50>30 uM).
