Brief DescriptionPU 23 is an inhibitor of multidrug-resistant protein 4 (MRP4).
-
DescriptionPU 23 is an inhibitor of multidrug-resistant protein 4 (MRP4).(In Vitro):6-Mercaptopurine (6-MP) inhibits HEK293 and HEK293/MRP4 cells with IC50s of 2.81 and 14.11 μM, respectively. The combination of PU23 and 6-MP inhibits HEK293 and HEK293/MRP4 cells with IC50s of 1.84 and 6.06 μM, respectively.Preincubation of HEK293/MRP4 cells with PU 23 (50 μM) for 2 h also significantly increases the amount of 6-MP in cells .
