In VitroCell Viability Assay Cell Line:Fadd-/- Jurkat and L929 cells, treated with 10 ng/mL of human TNF-α Concentration:0.030-100 μM Incubation Time:24 h Result:Showed necroptosis inhibitory activity with an ED50 of 7.724 μM for Fadd-/- Jurkat cells and was inactive for L929 cells.
