  • Brief Description
A small molecule inhibitor of MRN (Mre11-Rad50-Nbs1) pathway that inhibits Mre11-associated exonuclease activity.
  • Description
A small molecule inhibitor of MRN (Mre11-Rad50-Nbs1) pathway that inhibits Mre11-associated exonuclease activity; prevents MRN-dependent activation of ATM (IC50=12 uM) without affecting ATM protein kinase activity; inhibits Mre11 nuclease activity at 100 uM, does not inhibit ExoIII nuclease activity; inhibits the G2 checkpoint, and blocks homology-directed repair (HDR) in mammalian cells.
