    CKS-17 (THP-1 cells) induces increased intracellular cAMP via activation of adenylate cyclase.CKS-17 (15 μM; EL4 cells) inhibits interleukin-2 production by tumor cell products.
  • In Vivo
    CKS-17 (10 μM; i.d.; B6AF1 mice and C57BL/6J mice) inhibits delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) reactions to sheep erythrocytes in the feet of mice.Animal Model:B6AF1 mice and C57BL/6J mice with DTH models Dosage:10 μM Administration: Intradermal injection, into the right hind footpad Result:Had a transient depressive effect on DTH reaction.
