In Vitro[Glp5] Substance P (5-11) (0.12 nM-10 μM; rat striatum) modifies spontaneous dopamine outflow with a significant increase in dopamine outflow at 0.1 nM and a smaller effect at 1 nM, whereas concentrations lower than 0.1 nM or higher than 1 nM failed to modify dopamine release. [Glp5] Substance P (5-11) and K+ has additive effect, promoting the release of dopamine.

Moth Cytochrome C (M...
Moth Cytochrome C (MCC) (88-103), derived from the carboxyl terminus of moth cytochrome c, induces positive selection of TCR transgenic thymocytes. This peptide is derived from the carboxyl terminus of moth cytochrome c. Thymic positive and negative selections govern the development of a self-MHC-reactive, yet self-tolerant, T cell repertoire.

5-O-Coumaroylquinic ...
5-O-Coumaroylquinic acid has a considerable inhibitory effect on PTP1B.5-O-Coumaroylquinic acid( 3-O-Coumaroylquinic acid) shows a significant concentration-dependent inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase, so it has anti-hyperglycemic effect.5-O-Coumaroylquinic acid(3-O-Coumaroylquinine acid) enhances glucose uptake and inhibits PTP1B in vitro.
