    Substance P(1-4) (0.1 nM-1 μM) inhibits endogenous erythroid colony (EEC) formation in PV bone marrow cultures.Substance P(1-4) (0.1 nM-1 μM; CD36+/GpA- cells) decreases of erythroid colony numbers of 47% and inhibits proliferation of PV CD36+/GpA- cells of 30 %.Cell Viability Assay Cell Line:PV CD36+/GpA- cells Concentration:0.1 nM-1 μM Incubation Time:2 days Result:Inhibited proliferation of PV CD36+/GpA- cells of 30 %.Apoptosis Analysis Cell Line:PV CD36+/GpA- cells Concentration:10 nM Incubation Time:2 days Result:Increased the percentage of cell death of 27.3%.
