Biological Information
-
Product NameRobustaside B
-
NoteResearch use only, not for human use.
-
Brief Description6-O-Caffeoylarbutin (Robustaside B) possesses antioxidant activity.
-
Description6'-O-caffeoylarbutin may serve as a skin-whitening ingredient with the merits of potent melanin inhibition, less toxicity and reversible melanin synthesis after stopping use.
-
In VitroIn the presence of calcium, similar concentrations of robustaside B decreases the extentof MPT pore opening in a concentration-dependent manner but in the reverse order. Robustaside B (0.1mM) and para-hydroxyphenol(0.05mM) significantly inhibits mitochondrial lipid peroxidation induced by the Fe2+/ascorbate system by causing a significant decrease (86.4 and 86.7%), respectively, in the amount of TBARS released by the system.

[Glu1]-Fibrinopeptid...
[Glu1]-Fibrinopeptide B is derived from fibrinopeptide B amino acid residues 1-14. Human fibrinopeptide B (hFpB), a thrombin-derived proteolytic cleavage product of the fibrinogen B beta-chain, to stimulate neutrophils (PMN), monocytes, and fibroblasts.

PTGR2-IN-22
PTGR2-IN-22 is a potent inhibito of PTGR2r(IC50 : 0.7 μM). It increases 15-keto-PGE2-dependent PPARγ transcriptional activity in PTGR2-transfected HEK293T cells.

8-Hydroxyguanosine
8-hydroxyguanosine (8-OHG) is a marker for measuring the rate of oxidative damage to nucleic acids and lipids. The concentration of 8-OHG in CSF in Parkinson's disease (PD) patients is approximately three-fold that in controls. The concentration of 8-OHG in CSF decreased significantly with the duration of disease. However, the concentration of 8-OHG in serum was not significantly altered in PD patients compared to that in controls.
