MS48107 is a potent and selective positive allosteric modulator of G protein-coupled receptor 68 (GPR68). It is selective for GPR68 over the closely related proton GPCRs, neurotransmitter transporters, and hERG ion channels. It can readily cross the blood-brain barrier (BBB) in mice.

Asperuloside has anti-inflammatory activity.

Triacetonamine protects the activitis of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and creatine phos-phate kinase (CPK); it also inhibits CaCl2 induced agglomeration of thromocyte. Triacetonamine can improve the constructile function of heart mus-cles of acute anemia and decrease the content of malodialdehyde (MDA) in the heart muscles.
