Description9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic acid (ABMDMA) is a biological dye and indicator used to detect singlet oxygen generation (SOG). 9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic acid is water-soluble derivative of anthracene. 9,10-Anthracenediyl-bis(methylene)dimalonic acid can be photobleached by singlet oxygen to its corresponding endoperoxide. This reaction can be monitored spectrophotometrically by recording the decrease of absorbance at 400 nm.

Cholesteryl linoleat...
Cholesteryl linoleate is a cholesterol ester found in LDL. Cholesteryl linoleate is transferred to the plasma membrane of macrophages and CHO cells expressing 15-lipoxygenase (15-LO) via LDL receptor-related protein (LRP) where it undergoes oxidation to form cholesteryl linoleate hydroperoxides.

Bradykinin
Bradykinin is an inflammatory mediator. It is a peptide that causes blood vessels to dilate (enlarge) via the release of prostacyclin, nitric oxide, and Endothelium-Derived Hyperpolarizing Factor. Bradykinin is a physiologically and pharmacologically active peptide of the kinin group of proteins, consisting of nine amino acids.
