Brief DescriptionPhosphatidylinositols sodium are a type of lipid present in organisms that has an enrichment effect and is involved in regulating various cell functions.
-
DescriptionPhosphatidylinositols, soya, sodium salts is a mixture of phosphatidylinositols. Phosphoinositides are lipids involved in the vesicular transport of proteins and lipids between the different compartments of eukaryotic cells. They act by recruiting and/or activating effector proteins and thus are involved in regulating various cellular functions, such as vesicular budding, membrane fusion and cytoskeleton dynamics.

Galanin (1-19), huma...
Galanin (1-19), human is the 1-19 fragment of the human galanin. Galanin (GAL) is a widely distributed neuropeptide with diverse biological effectsincluding modulation of hormone release, antinociception and modification of feeding behavior.

Galanin (1-13)-Subst...
Galantide, a non-specific galanin receptor antagonist, is a peptide consisting of fragments of galanin and substance P. Galantide recognizes two classes of galanin binding sites (KD<0.1 nM and ~6 nM) in the rat hypothalamus. Galantide dose dependently (IC50=1.0 nM) antagonizes the galanin-mediated inhibition of the glucose-induced insulin secretion from mouse pancreatic islets. Galantide appears to bind to a single population of SP receptors (KD~40 nM).
