Biological Information

  • Product Name
    TPh A
  • Note
Research use only, not for human use.
  • Brief Description
TPh A (Triphenyl Compound A) is an inhibitor of the nuclear protein pirin (Ki: 0.6 uM), a protein that can be used as a bioprobe to regulate pirin-related functions.
  • Description
TPh A (Triphenyl Compound A) is a potent inhibitor of the nuclear protein pirin and binds specifically to pirin with a Ki of 0.6 uM. TPh A disrupts the formation of the bcl3–pirin complex. TPh A can be used as a novel small molecule tool to regulate pirin in cells.
