Brief DescriptionTDRL-551 is a novel and potent replication protein A (RPA) inhibitor (IC50=18 μM) with potential anticancer activity.
-
DescriptionTDRL-551 is a potent replication protein A (RPA) inhibitor (IC50=18 μM). TDRL-551 inhibits RPA-DNA interaction and increases the efficacy of Platinum (Pt)-based chemotherapy in lung and ovarian cancer. RPA plays essential roles in both nucleotide excision repair (NER) and homologous recombination (HR), along with its role in DNA replication and DNA damage checkpoint activation.

BNTA
BNTA is a potent extracellular matrix (ECM) modulator. In a rat model of arthritis, BNTA modulates arthritis by promoting the synthesis of cartilage structural molecules on chondrocytes through the induction of superoxide dismutase 3 (SOD3) and regulating chondrogenesis through superoxide anion elimination.
